A studio session recorded on November 8, 2024, Berlin, Germany.
The session was recorded in one go, with no overdubs and no pre-arrangements.
This was a practice session for three upcoming live performances
The subject of this current studio session release is the imposing Klingenberg Power Station, a building we often pass by on our way to the studio in Berlin-Wilhelmshagen. Its striking appearance, especially at night, makes it a memorable landmark.

The Klingenberg Power Station is a significant heating power station located in the Rummelsburg district of Berlin, supplying electricity and heat to over 300,000 households. Constructed between 1925 and 1927, it was one of the largest and most modern power plants in Europe at the time. Originally designed as a coal-fired power plant, it was converted to brown coal in 1987 and to natural gas in 2017. The power station, initially built to supply Berlin with electricity, now serves as a combined heat and power plant, providing both electrical energy and district heating. While the listed exterior of the building, erected between 1925 and 1926, has been largely preserved in its original state, the technical equipment has been modernized several times since the 1970s to adapt to changing requirements.
