Not the kind of water that moves gently. Slipwater is water forcing its way through something, through rock, through sediment, through the particular silence that settles between two people working in the same space.
These two pieces were built in layers, each pass leaving a residue. Not live, not spontaneous, but not calculated either. Something closer to erosion: slow pressure applied until the material gives way and reveals what was underneath.
Two tracks. One current.

While the two are no strangers to the stage, boasting a history of conjoined live performances and spontaneous recording sessions, this release captures their synergy with newfound intentionality.
A masterclass in atmospheric storytelling.
