‘Tales Of The Realm Of Wishes’ is a fully improvised album that unites four exceptional artists, each bringing a unique background and a distinctive musical vision. Recorded in an atmosphere of pure spontaneity, the album captures the essence of instant composition by blending vastly different cultures and styles. It bridges the nordic atmosphere of Swedish guitarist Mats Hedberg and Berlin-based sound designer Bernhard Wöstheinrich with the warmer Mediterranean influences of Roman art-whistler Elena Somarè and Neapolitan percussionist Giovanni Imparato.

Hedberg utilizes the classical guitar, the oud, True Temperament electric guitar, EBow, and various pedals and embarks on a journey through ethereal melodies and incisive riffs. This is set against the experimental electronic soundscapes crafted by Wöstheinrich. Elena Somarè, a one-of-a-kind art-whistler, enriches these improvisations with unexpected harmonies that intertwine with the vocal and rhythmic contributions of Giovanni Imparato. A renowned percussionist and Yoruba Shaman, Imparato draws on his Neapolitan roots and ancestral rhythms to ground the project in ancient tradition.
