“What a long strange trip it’s been…” 😉

Today was a rare “two-fer”; we spent the morning performing at WVKR in Poughkeepsie, NY on Scott Raymond’s radio show “Secret Music”, and then off to the home of our good friend, Tom Palmieri, to play the final show of our 20th anniversary tour…and it’s Tom’s birthday weekend – Happy Birthday, Tom!!

Another compelling performance by Markus & Bernhard! And with so many of our good friends in attendance, this truly was a special evening, ending the tour on a triumphant “high note”. After the show, a well-deserved celebration at Tom’s for everyone in attendance; 17 shows in 20 days – even I was finally able to kick back and relax, knowing the days of driving 5+ hours between gigs were behind us…for now 😉

I wouldn’t have missed it for the world!

Thank you, Tom, to you and your family for your generous hospitality, not just to us, but to ALL of the friends and fans you invited into your home for such an amazing evening.

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to everyone who came out to support us during this wonderful journey.

As Bernhard would say, “the end of the tour is the beginning of the tour”…
